Went to Flame Connection for some help solving a problem with a DIY pizza brick oven project from a book of plans. They looked at my pictures of the half finished project and helped me figure out a chimney that the DIY plans did not even address other than show a picture of a finished product. During the sale of our house, the buyer’s inspector indicated that 1 of the 3 gas insert fireplaces did not work. Garrett from Flame Connection promptly arrived as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes. Two fireplaces had the regular gas valve-manual lighting. The third fireplace had an auto-pilot valve and wall switch to turn on/off automatically. Highly satisfied with service and recommend Flame Connection.
